The Corruption & Compliance South & South East Asia Summit in Singapore was a major success! We would like to express our heartfelt thank you to all those who supported the event. There were many fruitful and lively debates on global compliance initiatives in the midst of heightened enforcement of compliance. Highlights of the Day One conference included an update on FCPA enforcement actions in 2012 by Thomas Fox from TomFoxLaw, the Author of "Lessons Learned in Compliance & Ethics".
On day two, participants learned more about compliance and control and how to instill good governance and ensure full compliance through effective internal control programmes from Katharine Bostick, Director, Compliance & Litigation, Legal & Corporate Affairs for APAC & Japan from Microsoft.
