About your workshop leader:

TB Seow (TB) is the founder and chief consultant of Shanghai Team Best Retail Consultants Ltd which provides turnkey retail consultancy solutions for developers of shopping malls, department stores and shopping streets.
TB Seow has over 40 years of retail and real estate experience in Singapore, Hong Kong and Shanghai. As an experienced retailer with extensive China market knowledge, TB joined the Hang Lung Group in 1993 as Project/ Property Manager for Grand Gateway and Plaza 66. He was responsible for mall development, including design, retail concept, leasing and management. He managed to achieve high leasing occupancy and high return on investment for both projects after overcoming many difficult obstacles. Grand Gateway and Plaza 66 are respectively now Shanghai’s most successful middle market and luxury shopping malls.

About your workshop leader:

Kelvin started developing malls in China in1994  and has played various roles as developer, investor, consultant and mall manager for more than 20 years in China and Asia with more than 5 million square metre of retail development and management experience in planning, leasing and management, including carrying out site and market due diligence for investment funds and developers. He and his team’s experience span across more than 45 cities in China. Kelvin was in charge of CapitaLand’s retail business in 2001 in Asia before forming his own retail consultant business.
