Beatrice is Managing Partner of the consulting firm MEILI Partners Real Estate China. She is supporting local real estate players as well as foreign institutional investors approaching the Chinese market. With her team, she is conducting dedicated consulting and market analysis on all types of properties: offices, residential, retail, hotels and industrial.
Prior to that, she was China Strategist, Director, at CB Richard Ellis. Based in Shanghai, she was in charge of implementing strategic analysis on the Chinese market. In the past, she was Head of Research at IPD France & Southern Europe, the worldwide leader in analyzing real estate for institutional players. For 5 years, she worked, with her team, closely with the major institutional investors.
She also worked at HSBC and on construction sites for Bouygues Construction. She is a Civil Engineer and holds a Post Master of Finance from ESSEC Business School.
