TIMOTHY G. GALARNYK is the Chief Executive Officer of the international firm CONSTRUCTION RISK MANAGEMENT, INC. Galarnyk has been involved in the construction industry for more than 32 years. His field of expertise includes heavy construction, railway construction, inspection and evaluation, highway and railway bridge construction and the evaluation and determination of proper construction means and methods for railway and heavy construction operations.
Galarnyk has extensive educational training and more than 32 years of “hands-on” practical field experience to compliment his background in bridge, highway and railway construction. He has been involved in the construction of more than 200 highway, rail and bridge projects. Galarnyk is an experienced bridge and railway inspector and has inspected hundreds of kilometers of tracks and hundreds of bridges.
Galarnyk is actively involved in the forensic investigation of construction collapses, deaths and injuries. He has investigated hundreds of injuries and fatalities to determine the cause of these cases and how these incidents can be prevented. From bridge and building failures to scaffolding and crane accidents he has been involved in the investigation and analysis of numerous tragic construction events around the globe. He is one of the world’s leading experts in the field of construction safety, construction defects and in identifying construction problems including managing the risks associated with construction.
In addition to the USA, his work has taken him to many nations including China, New Zealand, Nigeria, Indonesia, Estonia, Russia, Kazakhstan and Canada. He now enters the nation of India.
