Mr. Kulit Sombatsiri is the Deputy Director-General of State Enterprise Policy Office. His responsibilities are supervising and monitoring 39 state-owned enterprises in Thailand which are in the SOEs Energy, Public Utilities, Telecommunications, Transportation, Industry, and Social and Technology sectors. His missions focus on SOEs’ efficiency enhancement, productivity improvement, competitive management and innovation which offer competitive services to serve public demand with efficiency in the future.
Formerly, Mr. Sombatsiri was the Deputy Secretary-General for National Telecommunications Commissions, the advisor to Deputy Transport Minister, and the lead negotiator for Free Trade Agreements between Thailand and The United State, Australia, New Zealand and Japan in Telecommunication and Public Procurement sectors.
