Dennis Li, MSc, CMILT, MInstTA, MIOM, AFPWI, has over 25 years of experience in railways. He worked as Principal Consultant of the MTR before starting his own consultancy business with Stanley Robertson, CBE, the former Chief Inspecting Officer of Railways in Britain. He is now Director and Principal Consultant of MetroSolutions Limited, responsible for the Asian market and in areas relating to railway general management, railway planning and railway operations. He is also Director of the International Chinese Transport Professionals Association. He also teaches transportation at the University of Hong Kong.
